The Hotel
At Kaliko, we prioritize privacy: our 13 rooms , decorated in natural tones with great attention to detail, are designed to be true havens of serenity. To help you rest and truly reconnect with nature, our rooms do not have televisions. Here, you can listen to the lapping of the water and take the time to enjoy life. All our rooms are air-conditioned.

The Kaliko restaurant was born out of a simple desire: to offer you high-quality home cooking . Our chef works with local producers, using short supply chains, to select only the best of Basque produce, in all its simplicity. Here, every ingredient is fresh, seasonal, and prepared using cooking techniques designed to preserve all its nutritional qualities.

Treat yourself to our must-try specialties, such as our charcoal-grilled dishes to share or our homemade pastries.
Lunch : Discover our €25 Daily Special (appetizer + main course + dessert), available only on weekdays—a fresh selection prepared with love every morning. (excluding summer) Sunday : It’s time to get together! Enjoy our Special Menu for €34 per person. We serve a generous cut of meat or fish to share, perfect for a real meal with family or friends—just the way we like it (vegetarian option available). From the Cellar : a carefully curated selection of organic and local wines to accompany your meals.

On sunny days : Take a seat on our sunny terrace by the river. Air-conditioned dining room. While you enjoy your meal, your children can play freely in our garden filled with flowers and trees, thanks to the many toys and games provided.

We're changing our habits, at every level. Being ecologically responsible is a choice. Hand in hand with our selection of local suppliers, we promote short supply chains. We also work in partnership with small regional and foreign producers and craftsmen.

Seminars - Events
Need a room for daytime meetings or longer seminars? Our 45m2 room is equipped with a TV and flipchart, all in a calm, bucolic setting.
Kaliko can also be transformed for your private events (weddings, christenings, themed breaks...). Our dining room can accommodate 110 seated guests, and our chef will concoct the perfect menu for you.

Many artists will also be performing live: check out our program on Instagram to make sure you don't miss a thing!
With family or friends, it's time to switch off and vibrate to the sounds of music from a variety of horizons.
At Kaliko, we attach great importance to wellness. A sports studio welcomes you for 45-minute classes in small groups (5-8 people) in yoga, pilates, TRX and much more.
It's also the place to discover new talents in our pottery, silk painting, candle-making and floral workshops. Don't wait any longer and join us for some truly relaxing moments of discovery.
KALIKO is located on the banks of the Uhabia River in Bidart, an ocean-side village between Biarritz and Saint Jean de Luz in the Basque Country. Just 200m from the beach, accessible on foot or by bike via the "voie verte" in front of the establishment, and with private parking.
Also close to the Spanish border and easily accessible from Biarritz train station and airport, it will only take you a few minutes to get to us.
